Spinifex hopping mice are now in stock!

We are very excited to be able to bring these little guys to you!

In the wild, you’ll find them in the central and West Australian arid areas.

They live in areas of sand flats covered in spinifex grass, sand dunes and loamy mulga and melalecua flats.

Though not exactly nocturnal, you’ll mostly see them hopping along at night.

They grow a little bit larger than a common house mouse, to around 10cm.

As these specimens we have here were bred in captivity, you don’t need a license for them.
